High School: Prudhomme attended Round Rock High School and swam for Tom Arredanda. He earned the title of All-State Texas and set the school team record in the 500 freestyle.
Personal: John is the son of Kirsten and Tommy Prudhomme and has two sisters, Rachel and Caitlin. He was born in Austin and is studying athletic training.
