CCSA All-Academic Team

2014-15 (Junior):  Ramirez was a solid point-earner for the Cardinals throughout the season.  He scored a season high 273.80 points in the 1-meter and 290.65 in the 3-meter in the Trinity meet.  He was the CCSA Champion in the 1-meter with 245.00 points and also won the UIW Christmas Invitational.  He had six top three finishes in the 1-meter and four in the 3-meter events during the year.  He was fifth at the CCSA in the 3-meter and platform events.  He was a member of the CCSA All-Academic Team.

2013-14 (Sophomore):  Ramirez was the lone diver for the team and he managed a pair of fifth place performances at the CCSA championships.  He won the 3-meter event against Southwestern with 240.83 points in six dives.  He was third in the 1-meter event at Drury with 394.85 points in 11 dives.  He was named to the CCSA All-Academic Team.

2012-13 (Freshman): Ramirez earned RMAC Second Team honors in the 3-meter springboard event. He earned a season high total of 439.45 points in the event at the conference championships. He finished third in the 3-meter at the Drury Invitational and UIW January Meet. He was second in the 1-meter event at the UIW January Meet with 224.20 points.

High School: Ramirez was a diver at Oak Ridge High School earning three varsity letters. He broke a 25-year old school record in the 1-meter springboard with 378.45 points.

Personal: Ramirez is the son of Michael and Julie Ramirez and is studying biology. He has three siblings, including a twin brother Anthony. He was born on October 16, 1993.  He is a member of the UIW Pre-Med Society.
