Biography

2018 (Senior): Appeared in 16 games, starting in 10... recorded 10 shots with six on target... had an assist in the Cardinals' 3-1 victory over Kansas City on Oct. 7.

2017 (Junior): He appeared in six games all as a starter...had two assists on the year in games against Cornell and Oakland... had 14 shots total with six on target. 

2016 (Sophomore): Luna played in 16 games for the Cardinals. 

2015 (Freshman): Luna appeared in 15 games with five starts... had an assist that contributed to a 4-2 Cardinal victory over the Grand Canyon Lopes. 

2014: Luna red-shirted his first year at UIW.

High School:  Luna played three years of varsity soccer at Clements High School... earned District 23-5A MVP, first team all-district, first team all-region, first team All-State 5A and 5A State All-Tournament Team honors as a senior... was also a Texas High School All Star player and was the Houston Chronice Player of the Year... led Clements to district, region and State titles in 2014... tallied 12 goals and handed out 17 assists during the season.

Personal:  Luna is the son of Trinidad II and Marsa Luna and is studying accounting.  He has a sister, Carolina and a brother, Eric.  He was born on October 21, 1995.
