2011-12 (Junior):  Rucker finished fifth in the Lone Star Conference in shooting percentage (58.8%).  He averaged 10.8 points and 4.7 rebounds per game for the season.  He scored in double figures in 14 games.  He had 22 points, eight steals and seven rebounds in a win at Huston-Tillotson.  He just missed a double-double with 18 points and nine rebounds in an overtime win at St. Edward's.  He went 10-of-12 from the field, scored 21 points and grabbed eight rebounds in a win over Eastern New Mexico.  He was a perfect 8-for-8 from the floor in a win over Texas A&M-Kingsville.  He poured in 22 points in a win at Texas A&M-Commerce.  He put in 14 points in a loss to Cameron in the first round of the LSC Tournament.  He came off the bench in 20 of 26 games.

Previous:  Rucker averaged 18.6 points and 8.6 rebounds per game at Our Lady of the Lake in 2009-10 en route to earning first team all-conference and Third Team NAIA All-American honors.  He played in six games in 2010-11 and averaged 21.9 points and 6.7 rebounds per game.  He originally signed with West Point out of high school:

High School:  Rucker was the district most valuable player and earned First Team All-State honors at New Life Christian Academy.  He averaged 30 points per game as a senior.

Personal:  Rucker is the son of Daniel and Donna Rucker and is studying accounting.  He was born on April 1, 1989.
