Biography
2025 (Redshirt junior): Ran in all six races for the Cardinals. Ran a personal-best 8k time of 23:46.4 at the Southland Conference Cross Country Championships. Selected to the SLC All-Academic Team.Â
2024 (Redshirt sophomore): Made a great return to action, becoming a First-Team All-Southland Conference runner for a Cardinal team that won its second SLC championship in three seasons. Earned First-Team honors with a sixth-place run of 25:12.5 at the SLC Championships. Ran a personal-best 10k time at the South Central Region Cross Country Championships, finishing in 30:51.9.
2023 (Sophomore): Did not compete.
2022 (Freshman): Took part in six races for the Southland Conference champion Cardinals. Had a season-best 8k time of 25:15.0 at the Southland Conference Championships.
