Southland Commissioner's Honor Roll

High School:  Winski was on the track and cross country teams at Morton Ranch High School.  He was honorable mention all-district in cross country and was the team MVP as a sophomore... earned first team all-district honors and was a regional qualifier as a junior in cross country.  As a senior he took home second team all-district and second team all-region honors while becoming one of the first two runners in school history to make the State meet.  As a senior in track, he was runner-up at the district meet in the 1600 and 3200 meters... was the area champion in the 1600 and runner-up in the 3200... was the regional champion in both events and a State qualifer... earned first team All-Greater Houston Area honors in track and was a Texas Relays qualifier in the 3200 meters... set school records for the 1600 (4:21) and 3200 (9:22)... was a member of the National Honor Society and Science National Honor Society while graduating with a 4.46 G.P.A... volunteered with the Northwest Cycling Club, Morton Ranch Band and at his church.

Personal:  Winski is the son of Paul and Dorothy Winski and is studying biology.  He has three siblings; Julia, David and Peter.  He was born on September 13, 1996.
