2014 (Junior): In his first season as a Cardinal, O'Boyle took the responsibility of becoming the starting goalkeeper in stride. He made a total of 71 saves and was a vital part of a defense that posted four shutouts in a stellar debut season in the Western Athletic Conference.  He held a 1.47 goals against average and went 7-10-1 on the year. He made a career and season high of 10 saves in a big 1-0 win against San Jose State.  He made eight stops in a 2-1 overtime victory at Oakland.  He made six saves in a win at Bakersfield.  He recorded a .724 save percentage for the season.

Previous:  O'Boyle graduated from St. Mary's Catholic College in England in 2011.  He represented Lancashire County in tournament play.  He earned a bachelor's degree in history from the University of Manchester in 2014.

Personal:  O'Boyle is the son of Martin and Joanne O'Boyle and is pursuing a Master's degree in business administration.  He has a brother, Conner.
