Bryant joins UIW from Allen High School where he was the Associate Head Coach, Running Backs Coach and Recruiting Coordinator. He has also mentored multiple record-breaking pass catchers at the FBS level. Bryant is a proud member of the THSCA.

Prior to Allen High School, Bryant worked as an Offensive Analyst at Auburn University (2020), Offensive Analyst at UTSA (2020), Senior Offensive Analyst at Arkansas University (2018-19) and a Graduate Assistant at Southern Methodist University (2015-18).

Bryant is from Amarillo, Texas and graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Art in Exercise Sports Science.
