UIW Ticket Office
The main operating UIW Ticket Office is located on the East side of Benson Stadium next to the brass Cardinal statue. The ticket office is closed M-F on non-event days, except during football season in which regular business hours are Monday-Friday, 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

Age Requirements
All patrons two years of age and older must have a valid ticket for admission. Children under the age of two may be admitted without a ticket provided they sit on the lap of a parent or guardian.

Football Game Day Ticket Office Hours
The two UIW ticket offices are located on the east side of Benson Stadium next to the bronze Cardinal statue and on the west side closest to the baseball field. Both ticket offices will open 4 hours prior to kick off.
Basketball Game Day Ticket Office Hours
The main UIW ticket office located on the east side of Benson Stadium will open 1 hour prior to tipoff. The secondary ticket office located on the west side of Benson Stadium (closest to the baseball field) will be closed.
Baseball / Softball Game Day Ticket Office Hours
The secondary ticket office located on the west side of Benson Stadium (closest to the baseball field), as well as the ticket table/tent located entrance located between the baseball and softball outfields opens 1 ½ hours prior to first pitch. The main UIW ticket office located on the east side of Benson Stadium will be closed.
Volleyball Game Day Ticket Office Hours
The main UIW ticket office located on the east side of Benson Stadium will open 1 hour prior to first serve. The secondary ticket office located on the west side of Benson Stadium (closest to the baseball field) will be closed.
Shipping / Will Call / E-tickets
Single game tickets will not be mailed unless otherwise requested. Mailed single game tickets require an additional fee of $5.00 per order. Tickets to be left at Will Call and picked up on the day of the game will have an additional $3.00 fee per order. Tickets emailed (print at home/mobile delivery/Passbook for Apple iPhones) will have no additional fee.
Tickets left at will call can be picked up at the UIW ticket office on event days during operating hours. All patrons picking up tickets at Will Call must present a valid photo ID.
Group Tickets
Group tickets are available for football, men’s and women’s basketball, baseball, softball and volleyball. Group tickets must be purchased in advance. No group discounts will be sold during walk-up of an event.

Payment
The UIW ticket office accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash, check, and money orders for all ticket orders. Checks can be made payable to UIW Athletics. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted.
Accessible Seating
Accessible seating is limited. If you need accessible seating, please contact the UIW Ticket Office as soon as possible prior to the day of the game. Orders will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Lost and Destroyed Tickets
All tickets should be treated like cash. The UIW Athletics ticket office is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. As a service to our season ticket holders, reprints may be obtained by contacting the UIW ticket office in person during normal operating hours.
Tickets will only be issued to the account holder on record and photo identification must be provided.
Refund policy
Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable. Refunds will not be granted due to event date or time changes.
Delays
Tickets are still valid since the game is still in progress. No refunds of tickets will be issued.
Rescheduled Games
Tickets are still valid and will be used for admittance once new game date has been determined.
