Biography
2024: Earned second team all-conference in indoor season for a second-place finish in the 60 hurdles. He also placed third in the heptathlon at the conference meet. Isaiah was second in the decathlon and third in the pole vault earning a spot on the all-conference second team during outdoor season. He placed top 10 in three other events, 110h, 400h, and 4x400 at the same meet. Isaiah competed in the NCAA West Regional in the 110 hurdles. Isaiah went on to be one of the first student-athletes to compete for UIW track at NCAA Championships where he competed in the decathlon and was named an Honorable Mention All-American.
2023: Isaiah had a breakout year. During indoor season he earned first team All-Conference honors while being named Outstanding Field Events and 2023 Southland Men's Indoor Athlete of the Year. During the outdoor season Isaiah once again made first team All-Conference and won Outstanding Field Performer at conference. He finished the season off by qualifying for the NCAA West Regional meet in the 110-meter hurdles.
High School: Competed in FEAST athletics ... was the 2019 Outstanding Athlete Homeschool State ... hold the record in high jump for FEAST ... placed 8th at the Texas Relays in 2019.
Personal: He is the son of Jordan and Shannon Hudgens, who both competed in track & field in college ... has wight siblings ... is a busniess major with a focus in marketing.
