Southland Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll (2019, 2018, 2017, 2016)
High School: Ramirez was on the volleyball, cross country and track teams at Alice High School. She was a two-time district champion and State qualifier in cross country. She earned first team All-State and academic All-State honors as a senior. In track, she was a three-time district champion in the 800 meters qualifying for State each year. She won a pair of area titles and one regional title in the 800. In the 1600 meters, she was the district and area champion as a senior. She holds the school record in the 800 (2:14), 1600 (5:19) and 5K (18:34). She was the school's female athlete of the year as a junior and senior. The Corpus Christi Caller-Times named her the All-South Texas Cross Country Runner of the Year for 2013. She was a member of the National Honor Society and Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
Personal: Ramirez is the daughter of Edward Ramirez and Teresa Pollok and is studying nutrition. She has a brother, USMC Cpl. Matthew Ramirez and a sister, Cassie. She was born on December 9.
