2017 (Redshirt): Antwi competed unattached at the Aggie Team Invitational, UIW Cardinal Quadrangle and UIW Invitational. 

2016 (Junior): Antwi kicked off her third year as a Cardinal with a new record in the weight throw at the J.D. Martin Invitational. She threw a distance of 55'0.75" for a sixth place finish. Antwi went on to break her indoor shot put record at the Southland Conference meet with a mark of 45'9" to score for the women's team. She wrapped up her junior season with significant performances at the outdoor conference championship. Antwi powered her way to the number one spot on the podium as she recorded a distance of 50'0" in the shot put. She also finished fourth in the women's discus throw with a mark of 151'4" to set a new school record. 

2015 (Sophomore):  Antwi showed solid improvement from her freshman season and was the top thrower on the Cardinals.  She broke her own indoor record in the weight throw with a distance of 51-8.5.  During the outdoor season, she finished eighth in the Southland Conference in the shot put and hammer throw.  In each case she broke the school record with marks of 45-1 in the shot put and 165-1 in the hammer throw.  She won the shot put and hammer throw at the UIW Quad Meet in March.  She won the hammer and was second in the shot put and discus at the Trinity Tiger Relays.  She was named to the Southland Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll.

2014 (Freshman):  Antwi was named the UIW Female Athlete of the Year for 2013-14. She set school records for the shot put, discus and hammer throws during the outdoor season and the shot put and weight throw during the indoor season.  She became the first thrower in school history to go over 50 feet in the weight throw and she also tossed the shot put 42-6 indoors.  She had five top-3 performances in the shot put outdoors with a season best of 44-9.75 at the UIW Invitational.  She finished in seventh place at the Southland Conference meet.  She finished in second place in the discus at the UIW Invitational with a school-record throw of 137-1.  She threw over 140 feet in the hammer at five meets.  Her season best was 147-1 at the UIW meet.  She was named to the Southland Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll.

High School:  Antwi was on the track, basketball and volleyball teams at Huntsville High School.  She was a two-time Regional qualifier and was a State qualifier in track as a senior.  She earned all-district honors in volleyball and was a second team all-district choice in basketball.  She earned academic all-district honors and was an FCA leader.

Personal:  Antwi is the daughter of Patrick and Felicia Antwi and is studying biology.  She has one sibling, Khian.  She was born on April 10, 1995.  Her father played basketball at St. Mary's.  She is a member of the Pre-Dental Society, the Biology Club, NSCS, SAAC and FCA.  She helps coach track in the summer at her high school and helps out with the annual Back to School Supply Rally in Huntsville.
