2018: Hendrix posted personal best times of 7.89 in the 60m and 25.27 in the 200m at the indoor conference championships. During the outdoor season, she ran a PR of 25.25 in the 200m at the ACU Wes Kittley Invitational. She rounded the track in 57.55 for a new collegiate best 400m at the outdoor conference championships. 

2017: Hendrix ran the 60, 200 and 400 meters for the Cardinals while making appearances on the 4x100 relay. She opened up the indoor season at the Aggie Team Invitational where she ran 7.99 in the 60 meter dash. She was on the 4x100 relay that finished seventh at the Bobby Lane Invitational. 

High School: Hendrix was a member of the Clear Brook track and field team for head coach Tiandre Sanders. 

Personal: Hendrix is the daughter of Sineka and Terrence Hendrix and is studying biology at UIW. She has one sibling, Taylor. The late guitarist, Jimi Hendrix, was Kalia's grandfather's cousin.
