Southland Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll

2017 (Sophomore): Farrell posted a personal best time in the 3,000 (8:49.77) at the Dunamis Sports Group College Classic II. He shaved six seconds off  his mile time for a new collegiate best of 4:30.73. Farrell posted PR's in the 800 and 1500 during the outdoor season. He showed significant improvements in the 5000 as he crossed the line in 15:10.04 at the J Fred Duckett Twilight meet to add his name to the Cardinal record book.  

2016 (Freshman): Farrell competed at the J.D. Martin Invitational and New Mexico Cherry and Silver meet indoors. As a first year Cardinal, he recorded marks in the 3,000 meters and mile. 

High School:  Farrell was on the track and cross country teams at Hudson High School.  He was a three-time State bronze medalist in track earning two in the 3200 meters and one at 1600 meters.  He was a two-time first team all-State pick in 4A cross country and he was the Region III cross country champion as a junior and senior.  In track, he took home the Region III title in the 1600 meters as a junior and 3200 meters as a senior.  His top times at Hudson were 4:19 in the 1600, 9:19 in the 3200 and 15:29 in the 5K.

Personal:  Farrell is the son of Shawn and Gracie Farrell and is studying business administration with a minor in professional golf management.  He has three siblings; Rachel, Rocco and Shawna.  He was born on November 24, 1996.
