2014 (Junior): Frost had her highest place finish in the Alamo City Opener 4k in 13th with a time of 16:25.21. In the UIW Invitational, Frost closed with  a 24:54.1 time for 35th place. She improved her placement from last year by finishing 47th in the SLC Championships 6K with a 23:20.5 time. Frost was named to the SLC Commissioner's Honor Roll.

2013 (Sophomore):  Frost ran in all six meets and concluded the season with a personal best time of 24:09.0 for a 6K race at the SLC Championship and took 55th place. Her highest place finish on the year was at the Alamo City Opener 4K, where she took 11th place after running a time of 15:20.54.  She was named to the Southland Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll.

2012 (Freshman): Frost ran in three meets for the Cardinals in her freshman year. She took 25th place at the UIW 6K, where she ran a time of 24:51.0. She was named to the Lone Star Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll.

High School: Frost competed in cross country, volleyball, track and basketball while attending Gregory-Portland High School. She earned All-South Texas honors in cross country as a senior and was a State qualifier as a sophomore. She was a three-time Regional qualifier in track & field and was the District Champion in the 1600 and 3200 meters in 2010 and 2012. She was named All-South Texas in track as a sophomore.

Personal: Frost is the daughter of Frank and Trisha Frost and is studying fashion merchandising with a minor in business administration and marketing. She has three siblings; Patrick, CJ and Molly. She was born on December 20, 1993.
