University of the Incarnate Word Athletics

2013 (Freshman):  Edohoukwa set the school record in the triple jump in both the indoor and outdoor seasons.  She set the mark indoors at her very first meet at McNeese State with a jump of 37-1.  She set the outdoor record a number of times and finished the season with a top mark of 38-6.25 at the Lone Star Conference Championship where she finished in fifth place.  In the long jump, she went over 17-0 at five different meets.

High School:  Edohoukwa was on the basketball and track teams at Centennial High School.  She earned All-State honors in the 4x100-meter relay as a senior and 4x200-meter relay as a sophomore. 

Personal:  She is the daughter of Harry and Patience Edohoukwa and is studying biology.  She has five siblings, including a twin sister, Ekaete, who is also on the UIW track team.  Three other siblings have played collegiate athletics.  She was born on December 4, 1993.
