Biography

2013-14 (Junior):  Morrow was one of the team's most consistent and reliable swimmers throughout the season.  She was named the CCSA Women's Swimmer of the Week after winning two events and adding five second place finishes at the UIW Christmas Invitational.  She set a school record in winning the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 1:03.73.  Her second win came as part of the 200-yard medley relay team that finished with a time of 1:44.46.  Morrow added a second place finish in the 100-yard freestyle with a time of 51.87, while also finishing second in the 200-yard freestyle relay, 400-yard medley relay, 800-yard freestyle relay and the 400-yard freestyle relay.  At the CCSA championships she nabbed seventh place in the 100 breast and 13th in the 100 free.  In the relay events, she earned points for the team in the 200, 400 and 800 free relays and the 200 medley relay.  She battled Celeste Morgen as the top breaststroker on the team and she became the second fastest 100 freestyler in school history.  She was named to the CCSA All-Academic Team.

2012-13 (Sophomore): Morrow had a great season earning CSCAA All-America honors in the 200 freestyle relay, 400 freestyle relay and 200 medley relay. She was named a CSCAA Scholar All-American. She swam the anchor leg on the school record setting 200 and 400 freestyle relays and swam the second leg on the school record 200 medley relay team. She swam the 100 freestyle, 200 freestyle, 100 breaststroke and 200 individual medley at the national championships. She owns some of the top times in school history in a number of events.

2011-12 (Freshman): Morrow earned All-America honors in 200-yard medley relay and Honorable Mention All-America honors in the 200-yard freestyle relay and the 100-yard breaststroke. At the RMAC Championships, she earned second team honors in the 100-yard breaststroke, 200-yard individual medley, 200-yard medley relay, 200-yard freestyle relay and 400-yard freestyle relay. She was named a CSCAA Scholar All-American. She set the school record in the 100 breaststroke at the national championship meet in a time of 1:04.09.

High School: Morrow swam at Hot Springs High School. She was the Arkansas State Champion in the 200-yard freestyle and 100-yard breaststroke.

Personal: Morrow is the daughter of Daniel and Patricia Morrow and is studying vision sciences. She has two sisters, Hannah and Hilary. She was born on May 19, 1993.
