Biography

2013-14 (Junior):  Lents had a fantastic season that culminated in her being named the CCSA Diver of the Year and CCSA Diver of the Meet. She was the conference champion in the 1-meter dive with a school-record 292.70 points in six dives.  She then finished second in the 3-meter event with 311.85 points for another school record.  She won the 1 and 3-meter events at the Drury Invitational and in a dual meet against Southwestern.  She was named to the CCSA All-Academic Team.

2012-13 (Sophomore):  Lents capped off a fantastic season with a National Championship in 3-meter diving when she set a school record with 519.10 points.  She nearly made it a double when she took second in the 1-meter springboard with 452.45 points.  She was a CSCAA All-American in both events and also dominated the RMAC Championships winning both events en route to being named the Women’s Diver of the Meet.  She was a three-time RMAC Women’s Diver of the Week and was voted the RMAC Women’s Diver of the Year.  In winning the RMAC 3-meter dive, she set the RMAC record with 490.10 points.  She won the 1-meter event at three different meets and also won the Platform dive at the UIW Christmas Invitational.

Previous:  Lents dove at Northern Arizona University for one year.  She had a season high of 276.15 points in the 1-meter springboard at Colorado State.  She had 289.25 points in the 3-meter springboard at the WAC Championships.  She posted the top score on the team in platform diving with 221.00 points at the WAC Championships.

High School:  Lents was a four year letter winner in diving at Ronald Reagan High School.  She was named an All-American all four years.  She finished seventh in high school state championships in 2011.  She was a finalist at nationals all four years, finished fifth on platform and tenth on 1-meter in 2010.

Personal:  Lents was born June 1, 1992 in Layton, Utah.  She is the daughter of Don and Yvonne Lents and is studying nutrition.  She has one older brother, Kyle.
