2012 (Junior):  Yarbrough had a strong season hitting .328 with 10 doubles, five home runs and 20 RBI’s.  She also walked 17 times and posted a .414 on-base percentage.  She hit her first home run of the season against Texas A&M-International on Feb. 2.  She went 3-for-4 with a double, home run, two RBI’s and two runs scored against Trinity on Feb. 28.  She put together an 11-game hitting streak in which she was 19-of-32 at the plate.  She was 1-for-1 with a home run, three walks and three runs scored at Midwestern State on Mar. 24.  She was hitting over .400 through the first two months of the season before settling at .328.

Previous:  Yarbrough played two seasons at Blinn College.  She was a South Zone All-Conference Team choice as a freshman.  As a sophomore, she earned all-Conference, all-Region and Louisville Slugger All-America honors.  She was named an NJCAA World Series All-Tournament team member.  She hit .340 with 13 home runs and 69 RBI's as a sophomore.  She led the team to two Region 14 and two conference titles as well as a fourth place finish at the NJCAA World Series.

High School:  Yarbrough played softball at Boerne High School for three years and at Boerne Champion High School as a senior.  She was a four-time all-district selection.  She was named 4A Express-News All-Area as a junior and to the Express-News Super Team as a senior.  She was a two-time All-State choice.  She led the team to a 4A State Championship in 2007.

Personal: Yarbrough is the daughter of Burl and Tracey Yarbrough and is studying kinesiology.  She has a sister, Taylor.  She was born on May 15, 1991.
