University of the Incarnate Word Athletics

2011-12 (Junior):  Sprado was named to the Honorable Mention RMAC All-Academic Team.  She swam the breaststroke events as well as the 200-yard individual medley.  She swam all three events at the conference meet.

2010-11 (Sophomore):  Sprado won the 100-yard breaststroke at the UIW Invitational.  She competed in the 100 and 200-yard breaststroke and 200-yard individual medley at the Southwest Plunge, Trinity Invitational and UIW Invitational.

2009-10 (Freshman):  Sprado swam a number of different events throughout the year.  She took home a pair of third place finishes at the UIW Invitational in the 100 and 200-yard breaststroke events. 

High School:  Sprado was a member of the swimming, tennis and cross country teams at Our Lady of the Hills High School.

Personal:  Sprado is the daughter of Doug and Mitzi Sprado and is studying art.  She has an older brother, Corey.  She was born on April 15, 1991.
