Sierra Wannamaker 

Development Graduate Assistant 

Sierra Wannamaker is from San Antonio, Texas, and graduated from James Madison High School. She came to the University of the Incarnate Word in 2020 to play soccer and was a part of the women’s soccer program throughout her time as an undergraduate. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Management, graduating in May 2024 and is now pursuing her MBA and plans to graduate in December 2025. 

While in graduate school, Sierra has stayed involved with UIW Athletics through two graduate assistant roles. She first worked as the Athletic Administrative Coordinator, helping with daily operations and supporting different departments. She now serves as the Development Graduate Assistant, where she helps with Cardinals Club and connecting with donors to support Cardinal Athletics.
