University of the Incarnate Word Athletics

Gabriel (Gabe) Garza began as the Athletic Communications Coordinator in February 2023 and serves as the primary point of contact for women's soccer, men's soccer, baseball, volleyball, women's basketball, cross country, track and field, and women's golf. He also serves as the secondary contact for football.

Before UIW, he spent a year with St. Edward's University, working in both the athletics department and the school newspaper as a sports writer and editor. 

He attended school in Austin, Texas, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communication. He is currently pursuing his Master of Business Administration at the University of the Incarnate Word (UIW).
