AWARDS:
Southland Commissioner's Honor Roll (2019, 2018, 2017, 2016)

2018 (Junior): Competed in four events … ran a career best in the 3.1 mile run at the Ken Garland Invitational … finished 12.th at the 2018 Saints Invitational in the 6k, her best of the season.

2017 (Sophomore): Ran in 5 events for the Cardinals … competed at the NCAA DI South Central Region Championships clocking in at 23:16.8 … posted a career best time in the 6k at the SLC Championships of 22:53.6.

High School:  Allen was on the cross country and track teams at Judson High School.  She earned all-district honors as a senior in cross country and was the team's runner of the year.  She was a TGCA All-Star in 2015.  Her top 5K race time was 19:41.  In track, she qualified for the State meet as a junior and senior in the 800 meters and finished in fifth place each year.  She set the school record in the 800 with a time of 2:10.97.  She was a three-time State qualifier in the 4x400-meter relay finishing fourth, third and as champions in her final three seasons.  She helped the 2014 and 2015 Judson teams win State titles in track.  She was part of three different school record relay teams: 4x400, 4x800 and distance medley.  She was a member of the National Honor Society, National Society of High School Scholars and was academic All-State.  She had an internship with the San Antonio Military Medical Center.

Personal:  Allen is the daughter of Duane and Tracy Allen and is studying rehabilitation sciences.  She has a sister, Denise.  She was born on February 21.
