Bryson Stubblefield joined the UIW Track and Field coaching staff in August 2025.
At Texas Christian University (TCU) Stubblefield established himself as one of the Horned Frogs’ most consistent performers on the track. A native of Missouri City, Texas, Stubblefield earned NCAA First-Team All-American honors and multiple All-Big 12 Selections during his career at TCU.
Stubblefield played a pivotal role in TCU’s 4×100-meter relay squad, helping the Horned Frogs capture back-to-back Big 12 titles and set a meet record with a blistering 38.50-second finish. Individually, he posted career-best times of 10.32 in the 100 meters and 6.73 in the 60 meters, showcasing his speed across both indoor and outdoor competition.
Off the track, Stubblefield graduated with a degree in Sociology with a minor in Coaching (December 2024). He has also been active in the community, volunteering with the Union Gospel Mission in Fort Worth and serving as a youth coach with the Greater Houston Track Club, where he mentored young athletes and promoted teamwork and discipline.
A two-time First-Team All-Big 12 honoree (2022) and three-time Second-Team All-Big 12 selection (2021, 2022, 2024), Stubblefield’s career highlights reflect his dedication to both his team and the sport.
