University of the Incarnate Word Athletics

2012-13 (Junior): Morris was an RMAC Second Team All-Academic Team selection and was Third Team All-RMAC in the 400 IM. He was a busy swimmer throughout the year putting in a total of 28 individual races in the butterfly, individual medley and breaststroke disciplines. He posted a "B" qualifying standard time in the 400 IM at the UIW Christmas Invitational. He was second in the 200 butterfly at the Drury Invitational and in the 400 IM at the UIW January Meet.

2011-12 (Sophomore): Morris improved in all four of his major events from his freshman to his sophomore year. He peaked at the RMAC Championships posting season best times in the 100 and 200-yard breaststroke and 200 and 400-yard individual medley. He was named to the Lone Star Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll.

2010-11 (Freshman): Morris had a strong freshman campaign swimming both individual medley and breaststroke events. He compiled a trio of top three finishes in the 200-yard breaststroke and two third place finishes in the 400-yard individual medley throughout the year. He also was slotted on both medley relay teams at different times in the season.

High School: Morris was on the swim team at O'Connor High School. He was a state qualifier in the 200-yard individual medley. He earned four varsity letters on the swim team.

Personal: Morris is the son of Will and Barb Morris and is studying engineering management. He has a sister, Alexandra. He was born on April 15, 1992 in San Diego, CA. He is a member of the UIW Engineering Club.
