High School: Graduated from Lufkin High School in 2021…while there Reid was awarded high school defensive player of the year 2021, academic all-state, #87 doubles (9), #29 home-runs (4), #188 RBI’s (22) in region 2/16-5A.
 
Personal: Parents are Jaime and Marty Hensley…Reid has one sibling, Trey…their mother played collegiate tennis at Centenary College of Louisiana…his father played collegiate baseball at Stephen F. Austin University…his cousin Robby Hampton played professional baseball with the Toronto Blue Jays previously as well…majoring in sports management…Born on July 26, 2002, in Lufkin, Texas.
