Biography
2011-12 (Sophomore): Cornish played in all 23 competitive rounds for the Cardinals and posted a scoring average of 75.04, first on the team. He had three top-10 finishes on the year at St. Mary's, UIW and AMC. He fired a season best at the St. Mary's Tournament with a 5-under par 67 and finished in 27th place at the Lone Star Conference Championships.
2010-11 (Freshman): Cornish played golf at Schreiner University before transferring to UIW.Â
High School: Cornish played golf at Randolph High School and was a state qualifier in the 2007-08 season. He was on the Honor Roll all four years.
Personal:Â Jared is the son of Timothy and Alice Cornish and has a brother, Alan, and sister, Jessica. He is studying accounting and was born on July 4, 1990.
