Southland Commissioner's Honor Roll
High School: Rodriguez was a member of the cross country and track teams, and also played for Dilley High School basketball team under Coach Victor Flores. He was selected for cross country All-State honors in 2012, '13, and '14. He finished as a State runner up in the 800 meters with a personal record of 1:58 and also in the 1600 meters with a time of 4:33. He was also a distinguished student that graduated in the top fifth percent of his class. He was also a member of the National Honor Society.
Personal: Rodriguez is the son of Norma Rodriguez and is studying athletic training. He has a brother, Zac, and two sisters, Jazlyn and Janika. He was born May 27, 1997.
