Southland Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll
2015 (Freshman): Armstrong ran the 400 and 800 meters and competed in the long and triple jumps. He was second in the triple jump at the UIW Quad Meet and at Trinity. His best triple jump came at the Southland Conference Championships with a mark of 43-5. He was named to the Southland Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll.
High School: Armstrong was on the track, soccer and cross country teams at Boerne High School. He was a three-time regional qualifier in track.
Personal: Armstrong is the son of Chad and Leti Armstrong and is studying philosophy. He has three siblings; Seth, Chass and Natalie. He was born on October 31, 1995. His father was a defensive back at TCU. His brother Chass is a professional runner for Skechers who competed collegiately at Trinity University.
