FRISCO, Texas – University of the Incarnate Word sophomore guard Imani Robinson was named to the 2017-18 All-Southland Conference Team, the league announced Monday.
 
A Round Rock, Texas native, Robinson averaged 14.4 points, 5.3 rebounds, 1.7 steals and 0.7 blocks in league action. She finished the year ranked in the top-15 in scoring (9th), steals (11th), free throw percentage (14th), blocked shots (14th) and offensive rebounds (14th).
 
Robinson poured in a season-high 23 points at Abilene Christian, before scoring 22 against the Wildcats in a season-finale victory on Senior Day. She pulled down 12 rebounds against Houston Baptist and dished out six assists in a matchup with Texas A&M-Corpus Christi. Robinson secured five steals against HBU and blocked four shots in a battle with McNeese.
 
She was named Southland Conference Freshman of the year last season.
