SAN ANTONIO, Texas – The University of the Incarnate Word Athletic Department announced Monday that 2018 baseball and softball season tickets are officially on sale.
 
There has never been a better time to become part of the UIW Season Ticket Member Family. Cardinal fans can now purchase personal seat locations for all UIW baseball and softball home games by calling 210-805-3012.
 
SEASON TICKET PACKAGES
BASEBALL
- Covered, reserved first and third base line seating: $150 per seat
- Uncovered general admission chair-back bleacher seating: $80 per seat
- Uncovered general admission bleacher seating: $50 per seat
SOFTBALL
- Reserved chair back seating: $50

The baseball team will play 30 home games this season, including matchups with in-state opponents Abilene Christian, Texas State, Lamar, Texas Southern, Prairie View A&M and Sam Houston. UIW opens the year with a four-game home stand against North Dakota State.
 
Please note that the season package does not include tickets to the 2018 Irish Alamo Classic, hosted by Notre Dame at Nelson Wolff Stadium. Tickets for the classic must be purchased at Wolff Stadium.
 
The softball team is set to play 20 games at the Cardinals Softball Field. UIW will host in-state opponents Houston Baptist, UTSA, Stephen F. Austin and Texas A&M-Corpus Christi. The Cardinals also welcome Kansas to San Antonio for a pair of games in March.
 
For the first time in program history, UIW is eligible for NCAA Division I postseason play after completing a four-year transition to full NCAA Division I status.
 
This year's Southland Conference Tournament for baseball will run May 23-26 at Constellation Field in Sugar Land. The SLC Tournament for softball will take place from May 9-11 at Cowgirl Diamond in Lake Charles, La.
